Thor-Protect® is intended for treating suitable mineral and cement-based building materials such as concrete, screed, mortar, plaster or stone – indoors and outdoors.
The effect is based on physical principles: Thor-Protect® penetrates deep into the substrate and permanently narrows the pore system through crystalline structures. This prevents the capillary absorption of moisture and liquids – without changing the material structure or appearance.
• Targeted treatment: suitable mineral surfaces affected by penetrating moisture.
• Apply it yourself: prepare the surface, then apply primer followed by finisher.
• Start small: 1 m² test kit and base sets for 2.5 m² and 5 m².
• Also for living spaces: the manufacturer specifies applications in living spaces, kitchens, bathrooms and basements.
According to their safety data sheets, the primer and finisher are odourless and contain no organic solvents. They may irritate skin and eyes: follow the protective measures and instructions.
