With Thor Protect, you waterproof your basement in three steps:
- 1. Prepare the wall (e.g., remove loose plaster or paint)
- 2. Apply the Thor Protect primer
- 3. Apply Thor Protect finish.
We’ll send detailed application instructions by email when you order.

You can optionally add the waterproofing powder at checkout.

The spray product is good but a bit more sealing powder could be included
If you have many cracks/holes you might have to order more powder! I think there should be enough powder included for the price.. And if you’re not careful with the powder it can quickly get messy
Tip: include some powder with the test package too.. then you can better estimate how much you need

Hätte ich die vielen Informationen auf der Seite hier nicht gelesen, dann würde ich sagen, dass das hier mit Zauberei zu tun hat… Die alte, ewig kalte und nasse Betonwand ist nun trocken! Ich kann es noch immer nicht glauben 😂

The application was 3 months ago. The wall is still dry. Proper preparation of the wall is very important in my opinion so the solution can work in the wall. I’ll continue to monitor the long-term effect and hope it’s a permanent seal. For the price, we’re already really surprised and satisfied with Thortprotect’s performance. Thank you very much

Hi Martin, it’s normal for the wall to get even wetter at first, as Thor Protect pushes the moisture out of the wall. Just a few days later, however, the displaced moisture should have evaporated and the wall should be dry again. We’d be happy if you contact us again and let us know if the wall is dry by now.
