Please note that shipping costs or at least the calculation methods (e.g., by weight) should be specified for all countries to which we deliver.

If you only ship to certain countries, you must inform your customers. Furthermore, you should only select these countries as “Allowed Countries” in your WooCommerce settings. Clauses such as “Shipping costs to other countries only on request” should not be used.

Prices, shipping costs and delivery information

The prices listed on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.

We only deliver within Germany and Austria.

In addition to the prices shown, we charge a flat rate of €6.90 per order for delivery within Germany and Austria. The shipping costs will be clearly displayed again in your shopping cart and on the order page.

For cash on delivery, an additional fee of €2.00 will be charged by the delivery person. [No other taxes or fees apply.]

There are no shipping costs for digital content (e-books, software, etc.).
